This policy explains what information Scale With Innocent (“I”, “me”) collects through this website, why it is collected, and how it is handled.

Information you give me

This website has no contact forms. You choose how to reach me: booking a consultation through Calendly, or contacting me by email, WhatsApp, Fiverr or Upwork. When you do, you may share:

• Your name, email address or phone number
• Your business name and website
• Details about your project and what you want to improve

Please do not send passwords, payment information, or confidential customer records in a first message. Calendly, your email provider, WhatsApp, Fiverr and Upwork also process your information under their own privacy policies.

How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project
• To prepare a proposal or quote if you ask for one
• To keep a record of our conversation while we work together

I do not sell your information, and I do not add you to marketing lists without your separate, explicit consent.

Where it is stored

Messages and bookings stay in the service you used to contact me (my email inbox, WhatsApp, Calendly, Fiverr or Upwork) and, if we work together, in the CRM I use to manage projects. Access is limited to what is needed to respond to you.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, or non-essential cookies. Fonts are served from this website itself rather than a third-party font service. The booking calendar on the contact page is provided by Calendly, which may set its own cookies when it loads. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the project and any record-keeping obligations that apply.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you have shared with me. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.
